Year over year median home prices in the DFW area continued to rise for the month of March. The number of closed sales for the month increased slightly 6% as the extremely low (down 57%) inventory of homes available for sale continues to have a significant impact on the market.
Home buyers are hopeful that this year many homeowners who have been reluctant to sell, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, will decide that now is a great time to take advantage of the strong seller’s market and list their homes for sale.
