Year over year median home prices in the DFW area continued to rise for the month of June (up 21.1% from the year before). Closed sales were down (8.9) while Active Listings and Months of Inventory both increased for the second month in a row. Although still in a Sellers Market, there are signs of a more normalized market on the horizon.
