Inflation and interest rates continue to have an impact on the real estate market in the DFW Area. Demand continues to decrease compared to the same time last year as evidenced by lowers sales and higher days on market for active listings. Prices have continued to rise albeit at a much lower rate than in the past as active listings have increased dramatically compared to November of 2021. By all accounts we have transitioned to a much more balanced real estate market.
